Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order request.

Orders are subject to product availability, inventory confirmation, fraud screening, and distributor/manufacturer acceptance prior to shipment.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Certain products, including enterprise drone systems, specialty payloads, batteries, mapping equipment, or manufacturer-direct shipments, may require additional processing time.

If there is a significant delay with your order, our team will contact you directly.

Shipping & Tracking

Tracking information is typically provided once the shipment has been processed and accepted by the carrier.

Some freight shipments may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays caused by freight carriers, weather, manufacturer backorders, supply chain disruptions, or distributor processing delays are outside of AirCoreDrone’s control.

Freight Deliveries

Certain products ship via freight carrier due to size, weight, or battery shipping requirements.

Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery and reporting any visible damage within 24 hours.

Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may impact claim eligibility.

At this time, AirCoreDrone only ships within the continental United States.
