At AirCoreDrone, we strive to provide a transparent and professional purchasing experience for all customers. Due to the specialized nature of commercial drone systems and enterprise equipment, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Orders may be canceled free of charge prior to shipment.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately during business hours by phone, live chat, or email. Once an order has been processed for shipment or has left the warehouse, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom-built, special-order, configured, or made-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
These products are built, configured, or allocated specifically for your order and cannot be restocked once production or fulfillment begins.
All sales are final on custom or made-to-order products.
If you are unsure whether a product qualifies as custom or special order, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final once an order has shipped.
Due to the nature of commercial drone equipment and enterprise systems, AirCoreDrone does not accept returns on opened, used, or delivered products unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
Products that are unopened and canceled prior to shipment may qualify for cancellation at AirCoreDrone’s discretion.
Unauthorized returns or refused shipments may be rejected and may incur additional fees.
Defective Products & Exchanges
If a product arrives defective or develops a covered defect within the applicable warranty period, AirCoreDrone will assist in facilitating a repair, replacement, or exchange in accordance with the applicable warranty policy.
Please note:
- Certain products may be repaired, refurbished, or replaced at AirCoreDrone’s discretion depending on the nature of the issue
- Products determined to be functional and non-defective are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
- Warranty coverage varies by product
- Customers may be responsible for certain shipping costs associated with warranty processing unless otherwise stated
Exchanges are only available for products verified to be defective under the applicable warranty coverage.
Freight, Shipping Damage & Delivery Inspections
Customers must inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
If damage is visible:
- Note the damage with the delivery carrier before signing
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Email support@aircoredrone.com within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to report freight damage within 24 hours may result in denial of the shipping claim.
For freight shipments, visible exterior damage, punctures, or crushed packaging must be documented upon delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times displayed on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, though delays caused by freight carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside of AirCoreDrone’s control may occur.
Exchange Agreement Acknowledgement
By placing an order with AirCoreDrone, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery
- Freight damage must be reported within 24 hours
- All sales are final once shipped unless the item is confirmed defective
- Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or refund
- Exchanges are limited to verified defective products covered under applicable warranty coverage
- Warranty resolutions may include repair, replacement, refurbishment, or exchange depending on the nature of the issue
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and professionally.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact AirCoreDrone directly to allow reasonable opportunity for resolution.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or attempts to retain products while reversing payment may result in collection efforts or legal action where permitted by law.
